MachiCart ("we", "our", "us") operates the MachiCart and MachiCart Driver mobile applications. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Account information: Name, email address, phone number — provided during registration.

Delivery information: Delivery addresses, GPS location (only when you tap "Use My Location"), postal code.

Payment information: Credit card details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

Order information: Order history, product selections, delivery preferences.

Device information: Push notification tokens (FCM) for delivery updates. Device type and OS version for app compatibility.

Analytics: Anonymous usage data (screen views, feature usage) via Firebase Analytics to improve the app experience.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Stripe: Payment processing
Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud infrastructure (data storage, notifications)
Firebase (Google): Push notifications and analytics

Your data is stored on AWS servers. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and authentication (AWS Cognito) to protect your information. Payment data is handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

5. Your Rights

You may:

View and update your profile information in the app
Request deletion of your account and data by contacting us
Opt out of push notifications via device settings

6. Location Data

We access your GPS location only when you explicitly tap "Use My Location" to check delivery availability. We do not track your location in the background.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

まちカート（MachiCart、以下「当社」）は、MachiCartおよびMachiCart Driverモバイルアプリケーションを運営しています。本ポリシーでは、お客様の情報の収集、利用、保護について説明します。

1. 収集する情報

アカウント情報：登録時にご提供いただく氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号。

配達情報：配達先住所、GPS位置情報（「現在地を使用」をタップした場合のみ）、郵便番号。

決済情報：クレジットカード情報はStripeにより安全に処理されます。カード番号の全桁を保存することはありません。

注文情報：注文履歴、商品選択、配達設定。

端末情報：配達通知用のプッシュ通知トークン（FCM）。アプリ互換性のための端末種類とOSバージョン。

分析データ：Firebase Analyticsによる匿名の利用データ（画面閲覧、機能利用状況）。アプリ改善のために使用します。

6. 位置情報

GPS位置情報は、お客様が「現在地を使用」を明示的にタップした場合にのみ、配達可否の確認のためにアクセスします。バックグラウンドでの位置追跡は行いません。

当サービスは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。お子様の情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
